Short hair or highlights?

I have grad in two weeks. I want to do something different with my hair. Either short hair an inch above the shoulder.. because my hair is 3 inches below.. so not that much shorter.. or get highlights.





I am not doing both. I have dark brown hair, check back and I will show a picture. If highlights, what colors? how many would look good? I was thinking red, light brown and MAYBE dirty blonde. MAYBE. lol.. I have already bugged everyone I know.. they all have different opinions.. so I don%26#039;t know. Both have pros and cons.. so I just need opinions.

Reply:get a little bit of highlights, not too light but where its just a little bit lighter than your natural color.


do not cut it, if you get a bad haircut your graduation picture will be awful and epic.


if you get highlights and dont like it you can get it removed.


if you want to something with your hair get like layers or something, with dark hair usually highlights dont look all to hot.

Reply:OH deff do Blonde highlights or dark blonde. Summertime is a good time to go lighter and darker in the winter. I change my hair alot from dark to blonde. I would get thin chunks using foil near the front and work them thinner and thinner all around your head.
